The first thing you have to do is cook the 150 grams of dried lentils in a pot with water over medium-high heat for 20 minutes or more until they are soft. Then, in a drainer, pour cold water over them and let them drain very well.

While the lentils are cooking, chop 20 grams of peeled raw beets and prepare 15 milliliters of lemon juice.

Now you need a food processor (kitchen robot) or a large canister that will serve you for your hand mixer.

Enter 150 grams of cooked lentils into the food processor.

Then you add to the food processor the 20 grams of raw peeled and chopped beets, the 120 grams of nuts without shells, the 15 milliliters of lemon juice, the 10 milliliters of soy sauce or Tamari sauce, the 20 milliliters of oil olive and finally, you distribute well above all other ingredients, the 7 grams of sea salt.

Now you have to operate the food processor for 5 minutes or beat all the ingredients with your hand mixer during those minutes until you have a thin and homogeneous dough.

Next, prepare an oven tray with a vegetable paper on top and have it on hand.

Also, prepare a small plate with a little olive oil to coat your palms with it. This will make it easier for you to handle the dough of the lentil burgers without getting so hooked on your hands.

Next, you need a kitchen scale with a plate on top to weigh the dough balls that are going to be shaped like a hamburger.

Now take a piece of the dough from the lentil burgers, put it on the plate that is on the kitchen scale and try to weigh between 90 and 100 grams.

Then, make a ball with that piece of dough, and then you rest it on the palm of one hand and with the other palm, you slowly crush the ball until it gives a hamburger shape that is not too thin so that it does not I break you A thick finger is fine.

Place the hamburger on top of the vegetable paper that you have placed on the baking sheet and now repeat this process with the rest of the dough until you have shaped the 6 lentil burgers.

Next, preheat the oven to 250º for 10 minutes.

Then put the lentil burgers in the oven for 12 minutes at a temperature of 250º.

Once you take them out of the oven, you can eat them with vegetables and some delicious sauce, or you can eat some and freeze the others.

When you later remove a hamburger of lentils from the freezer, you can put it directly in the pan with a little olive oil and heat it on one side with the pan covered.
